When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, telephone number (if provided), preferred contact method, budget, timescale, preferred location, and the content of your message. We may also record which listing or park your enquiry related to.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, send you details about lodges that may interest you, and follow up appropriately. Enquiry data is also forwarded to our CRM platform (Häuses) so our team can manage your enquiry through to completion. We will not pass your details to unrelated third parties without your consent.
